There are some reasons why Amazon has locked your account. Such as if you entered the wrong information and details. Accessing your account from any uncommon place and so on. Here is the technique you can do if your Amazon account gets locked. Make a call to Amazon Help:

1. Open your Amazon Account. If you cannot sign into your account then create a new one.

2. Click on the down arrow along with Accounts & Lists.

3. Choose there “Customer Service”.

4. Then select “Something Else”.

5. Select there, “I need more help”

6. After that you should click on the “Request call now” button.

7. Enter your phone number there and hit the “Call me now” button.
